Aerial Hammock Kids is a perfect way to grow your kid – elegant, healthy, disciplined, and passionate.
Fundamentals level students are kids aged 6-8 years old. Elegance levels students are kids aged 10-14 years old. We have created a unique concept – blending fundamentals of classical ballet with the innovative aerial hammock techniques and principles.
Students build proper technique and strength through methodical instruction. We introduce musical concepts and teach the French vocabulary of Classical technique that is used throughout the world. Students learn how to use their bodies in suspension in the inverted position and practice ballet poses with the hammock. A child’s inherent nature is to laugh, swing, spin, climb, flip and play.
