Tabata Workout is an advanced workout technique, using aspects of bodyweight training, functional exercise, strength training and resistance training. We may also use kettlebells, bazooka tubes, resistance bands, and dumbbells to help you achieve a full-body workout, augmented by some cardio and stretching.
